about us

A service built around people

Home Links Physiotherapy was established in 2016 to address a growing need for high-quality, accessible rehabilitation in the community. We deliver expert physiotherapy directly to people's homes and care settings across South-East London and Kent — and in 2026, we expanded through our first franchise partner, opening in Croydon and Sutton.

Our team is a carefully selected group of excellent, reflective clinicians who are self-motivated, collaborative, and driven by a shared mission: to bring joy, independence and improved quality of life to the people we work with.

We work with a wide range of clients — from complex neurological conditions to post-operative recovery, frailty, falls, cancer rehabilitation and more. Every decision we make is guided by one question: what will make the biggest difference to our clients and their families?

our values

What guides everything we do

Our values are lived daily — in how we care for clients and how we work as a team. We look for people who embody these same principles.

Excellence

We give our very best in everything we do — from clinical standards to client service. We aim high and continually seek to improve.

Compassion

We care deeply about people. Every client, family member and team member is treated with kindness, respect and empathy.

Collaboration

We believe recovery is a team effort. We work alongside families, healthcare professionals and community partners to achieve the best outcomes.

Integrity

We are honest, open and dependable. We do what we say, every time — building trust with clients, colleagues and franchise partners.

Development

We invest in your growth

Structured 1:1 and group supervision, joint visits, observed assessments and at least two clinical away days every year. Plus a £500 annual CPD budget for physiotherapists once established in post.

CLINICAL VARIETY

A genuinely diverse caseload

Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, spinal cord injury, frailty, falls, pulmonary rehab, vestibular, cancer rehab, orthopaedics, dementia and more. We also offer group physiotherapy programmes alongside individual home visits.

SUPPORT

Never left on your own

Senior clinicians are always accessible. We have a strong culture of reflective practice, peer supervision and clinical governance — and we expect everyone to seek guidance when they need it.

FLEXIBILITY

Built around independent working

Our model is designed for self-motivated people who thrive working independently. Home-based with regular travel, you'll manage your own diary within clear structure and operational support.
