Associate Physiotherapist

Home Links Physiotherapy is looking for experienced, HCPC-registered physiotherapists to join us as self-employed Associates. This is an opportunity to build a flexible, rewarding independent practice with the backing of a well-established and highly respected community physiotherapy service.

You will retain full clinical autonomy and professional independence, while benefiting from our client acquisition, booking, invoicing and credit control support, governance framework, CRM and exercise prescription systems, and a professional CPD community.

We encourage interested physiotherapists to spend time with us before applying โ€” join us for a visit or a day in practice to understand how we work.

What We Provide

  • Client acquisition, booking, invoicing and credit control managed by our team

  • Access to our full clinical governance framework, policies and incident reporting systems

  • Diary management, Client Record Management System and exercise prescription platforms

  • Brand, marketing and business development support

  • Access to CPD sessions, peer clinical supervision, mandatory training and annual away days

What We Expect

  • Delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy across a broad community caseload

  • Use of our clinical documentation standards, safeguarding pathways and governance systems

  • Active HCPC registration and CSP membership or appropriate malpractice and public liability insurance

  • Enhanced DBS

  • Minimum of 4 sessions per week (each at least one hour), subject to business demand

  • Willingness to work across a wide geographical area within South-East London and Kent

  • Active participation in induction, mandatory training and CPD (at your own cost)

  • Responsibility for your own tax, pension, equipment, uniform and travel expenses

who we are looking for

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with broad clinical competence across community presentations

  • Confident and effective lone worker with strong risk assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and clinical documentation

  • Able to manage the responsibilities of self-employed independent practice

  • ULEZ-compliant transport or ability to travel efficiently across the service area

Engagement Details

  • 12-month rolling agreement with a 3-month notice period.

  • Engagement is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a shadowing session and informal team meet. Further shortlisting will lead to a values-based interview and practical assessment.

YOUR APPLICATION

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for physiotherapist and assistant physiotherapist roles.
We are looking for candidates based within a commutable distance of the SE London Boroughs and Kent. Please note that the Client Liaison & Relationship Assistant role requires regular travel to group locations across this area.
