At Home Links Physiotherapy, you will build your community caseload with the backing of experienced senior clinicians around you, developing confidence and competence across a diverse range of presentations. This is a role designed to stretch you โ€” with a structured preceptorship, regular supervision and a salary pathway that recognises your progress as you grow into the role.

Community experience is not required. What matters most is strong clinical curiosity, a commitment to learning, and the drive to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building and managing a varied community caseload across multiple physiotherapy specialisms, with senior support as needed

  • Assessing, diagnosing and delivering evidence-based treatment plans

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of group exercise sessions and new services

  • Delegating clinical tasks to support staff and contributing to their development

  • Contributing to clinical governance, quality assurance and service improvement activities

What We Offer

  • Salary pathway from ยฃ28,000 to ยฃ35,000, with a review within the first six months and annually thereafter

  • Structured preceptorship and regular 1:1 and group clinical supervision

  • Peer support, clinical away days (at least twice per year) and quarterly training

  • Annual CPD budget of ยฃ500 (after probation), company mobile phone and laptop

  • 28 days paid holiday inclusive of public holidays, rising with length of service

  • Contributory pension scheme

who we are looking for

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist, newly qualified or early in your career

  • Clinical curiosity and a commitment to developing broad, autonomous practice

  • A willingness to seek guidance appropriately and reflect on your own development

  • Ability to manage your own time and diary effectively

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a ULEZ-compliant vehicle

Employment Details

  • Employment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a shadowing session and informal team meet. Further shortlisting will lead to a formal interview and practical session.

We are looking for candidates based within a commutable distance of the SE London Boroughs and Kent. Please note that the Client Liaison & Relationship Assistant role requires regular travel to group locations across this area.
