Senior Physiotherapist

the opportunity

If you are an experienced physiotherapist looking for genuine autonomy, clinical variety and the chance to make your mark in a growing community service, this could be exactly what you have been looking for.

At Home Links Physiotherapy, you will manage a complex and varied community caseload with confidence, contribute to clinical leadership, mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in shaping and growing the services we offer. This is a role that rewards initiative โ€” with a salary pathway that recognises your expertise and a culture built around continuous improvement and professional growth.

Community experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is strong clinical reasoning, the ability to work autonomously, and a genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

We encourage interested physiotherapists to spend time with us before applying โ€” join us for a visit or a day in practice to understand how we work.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing a complex, varied community caseload autonomously across multiple physiotherapy specialisms

  • Assessing, diagnosing and delivering evidence-based treatment plans

  • Triaging and managing referrals, including clients without prior investigation or assessment

  • Mentoring, supervising and appraising junior physiotherapists, assistants and students

  • Contributing to clinical governance, incident reporting and quality assurance

  • Real clinical autonomy within a well-governed, supportive service

  • Peer supervision, clinical away days (at least twice per year) and quarterly training

  • Annual CPD budget of ยฃ500 (after probation), company mobile phone and laptop

  • 28 days paid holiday inclusive of public holidays, rising with length of service

  • Contributory pension scheme

who we are looking for

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with at least 12 months of post-graduate clinical experience

  • Strong, autonomous clinical skills across a broad caseload

  • Experience in or willingness to develop line management and supervision responsibilities
