What You Will Be Doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for client, family and professional enquiries by phone, email and online

  • Converting enquiries into bookings and coordinating appointments into clinician diaries

  • Building and maintaining relationships with care homes, allied health professionals and community organisations

  • Attending networking events, breakfast meetings and care home visits as required

  • Creating and adapting marketing materials using Canva, including social media assets and newsletters

  • Raising invoices, taking payments and following credit control procedures

  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and client management systems

  • Supporting client discharge processes and collecting feedback and testimonials

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time hours (15โ€“20 per week) in a home-based role

  • Structured induction and regular 1:1 supervision from the Business Operations Manager

  • Training relevant to the role funded in line with business need

  • Company mobile phone and laptop

  • 28 days paid holiday pro-rata inclusive of public holidays, rising with length of service

  • Contributory pension scheme
