This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in the detail and understands the importance of getting governance right in a growing healthcare business. As Governance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that Home Links Physiotherapy operates within its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations โ and that the systems, policies, and processes that underpin safe, high-quality care are embedded, maintained, and continually improved.
Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will work across the whole organisation, collaborating with clinical and operational colleagues to develop and uphold our governance framework. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in compliance, quality, or governance who wants to take ownership of a broad remit and make a real contribution to a values-driven community health service.

A collaborative approach โ able to engage colleagues across clinical and operational teams on governance matters without being heavy-handed
