Raising invoices accurately and promptly, taking payments and allocating them correctly
Following our credit control process and chasing overdue payments sensitively
Completing bank reconciliations in Xero and escalating any issues promptly
Keeping CRM, booking and client records accurate and up to date
Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
Supporting marketing, social media, website updates and client feedback
Part-time, 20 hours per week, home-based
Ideally 9am-1pm Monday to Friday - we can be flexible for the right candidate, for example 9.30am-1.30pm or 10am-2pm
Salary £27,000-£33,000 FTE pro rata, depending on experience (£14,400-£17,600 per year for 20 hours)
Structured induction and regular 1:1 supervision from the Business Operations Manager
Training relevant to the role, including on-the-job training in Xero and our systems
Company mobile phone and laptop
28 days’ paid holiday pro rata (inclusive of public holidays), rising with length of service, and a contributory pension scheme
Experience in a client-facing, customer service or administrative role
Experience raising invoices and taking payments, with an understanding of credit control
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Experience using CRM or client management systems - Xero and Canva experience is desirable, but training is available
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection and a confidential workspace
A warm, professional communication style, including with clients and families in sensitive situations
